Meet Philipp
Hey there, I’m Philipp — a performance coach and business strategist dedicated to helping you close the gap between your potential and your results.
Born in Germany but raised across the globe, I’ve lived in over 12 countries so far and am only now starting to settle down. This international background helped me become fluent in five languages (German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian — with French currently in the works!), allowing me to truly connect with clients from all walks of life.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Business Strategy and have worked with leading companies across Latin America and Europe. But after years of corporate sales and building strategies, I realized a core truth: The best plan in the world is useless if you don't have the mindset to execute it.
That is why I pivoted to coaching. I wanted to move beyond spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to focus on the human side of performance — helping leaders and professionals not just plan for success, but engineer the habits and resilience to actually achieve it.
On a personal note, I’m the second of four brothers, which made for a loud and exciting upbringing. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me scuba diving, cooking, or trying to impress Eva with my slowly improving French.
Finally, building EPK Group with Eva is one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve ever taken on. Our skill sets complement each other perfectly — blending Finance with Sales, and Structure with Strategy. We combine stability with growth, ensuring you have the complete framework to turn your potential into the best possible results.

Hi, I’m Eva — a French-German finance professional focused on helping you improve your financial planning in your daily life, while strategically building for the future milestones you want to achieve. After earning my Master’s in Finance in Switzerland and working in financial strategy across Europe and Singapore, I realized that personal finance shouldn't just be about "saving for later"—it should be about designing a life you can enjoy today.
At EPK Group, I help you move away from restrictive budgeting and toward intentional financial design—the same system we used to purchase our first home in Switzerland or fund our dream wedding. This process isn't about cutting back on what you love, but about creating a sophisticated structure where every franc has a specific purpose.
My goal is to give you total control over your numbers, turning financial planning from a source of stress into a tool for acceleration. I believe that when your cash flow is optimized, you gain the mental "bandwidth" to focus on your career and passions rather than constant mental math.
We work together to build a personal finance mindset that scales alongside your success, ensuring your wealth grows as fast as your professional impact. Ultimately, the technical side of finance should serve as a quiet, efficient engine that powers your life goals.
