Meet Philipp
Hey there, I’m Philipp — a performance coach and business strategist dedicated to helping you close the gap between your potential and your results.
Born in Germany but raised across the globe, I’ve lived in over 12 countries so far and am only now starting to settle down. This international background helped me become fluent in five languages (German, English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Italian — with French currently in the works!), allowing me to truly connect with clients from all walks of life.
I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in International Business Strategy and have worked with leading companies across Latin America and Europe. But after years of corporate sales and building strategies, I realized a core truth: The best plan in the world is useless if you don't have the mindset to execute it.
That is why I pivoted to coaching. I wanted to move beyond spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to focus on the human side of performance — helping leaders and professionals not just plan for success, but engineer the habits and resilience to actually achieve it.
On a personal note, I’m the second of four brothers, which made for a loud and exciting upbringing. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me scuba diving, cooking, or trying to impress Eva with my slowly improving French.
Finally, building EPK Group with Eva is one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve ever taken on. Our skill sets complement each other perfectly — blending Finance with Sales, and Structure with Strategy. We combine stability with growth, ensuring you have the complete framework to turn your potential into the best possible results.

Hi, I’m Eva — a French-German finance professional focused on helping entrepreneurs and independent professionals turn their skills into profitable, structured businesses.
After earning my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance in Switzerland, I worked across Europe and Singapore in cost controlling and financial strategy. These roles taught me how clear cost planning, pricing, and financial discipline are key to sustainable growth. Over the years, I’ve seen how even strong ideas can struggle without solid financial planning and transparent structures. My goal is to help clients gain control of their numbers so they can make confident business decisions.
At EPK Group, I help clients create financial clarity — from setting the right prices and planning costs to optimizing margins and building scalable structures. I combine analytical thinking with practical execution to ensure every financial decision supports long-term stability.
Our approach is straightforward, actionable, and tailored to the specific challenges of each client. Together with my partner Philipp, who brings strong sales and negotiation expertise, we support clients in growing with confidence and control.
Outside of work, I enjoy tennis and scuba diving with Philipp.
